Our review process
A memorial deserves care. We review every new memorial before it can be published. Once it is live, its owner looks after the greetings, memories and photos shared by visitors.
Prepare your page in private
Add the name, dates, story and photos you want to share. Only you can see the draft. Make sure you have permission to share the content and that you respect the wishes of the closest family.
Send it to Everhere for review
When the draft is ready, submit it from your dashboard. We check that it is a respectful memorial for a person who has died and look for content that breaks our rules, such as abuse, impersonation or private details about living people. Review is not a verification of every fact or of your legal rights to the content.
Receive a decision, then publish
We email you when your page is approved or needs changes. If changes are needed, the dashboard explains why and you can edit and resubmit. Once approved, choose a paid period to publish. Your active period starts when payment is confirmed, and we email you when the page goes live. We do not promise a fixed review time.
The memorial owner manages contributions
Everhere reviews new memorial pages. The owner decides who may contribute and whether visitor photos, greetings and memories need their approval before appearing. Owners can hide or remove contributions. When approval is enabled, the submission form tells visitors their contribution will wait for the owner. Everhere may also act on reported content or misuse.
Changes and privacy
Changing a draft's content after submitting it or receiving approval requires a new review before publication. Approved pages can still be private for invited people only. Authorized Everhere administrators can access drafts, private pages and contributions when needed for review, support or safety. Owners remain responsible for later edits to a published page.
Report a concern or ask us to reconsider
Use Report content on a memorial or email us with the page address, the content concerned and the reason. Signed-in visitors receive a report reference. We review reports, record our decision and contact the people concerned when appropriate. If you disagree with an Everhere decision, reply to the decision email or contact us with the reference so we can reconsider it.
